Perform end-to-end functional life-cycle activities, including analysis, planning, design, test, and deployment on a Federal HR Project. Resources may be asked to develop skills in a specific functional area and its corresponding application within PeopleSoft. Activities include but are not limited to:
-Helping clients understand system impacts of Federal HR requirements
-Gathering requirements; executingconference room pilots (CRPs) to validate business processes against system capabilities
-Application configuration based on CRP outcomes
-Developingtesting strategy and test creation/execution
-Tracking enhancement requests/defects
-Assisting in the training of end-users when requested
-Supporting post-deployment operations and maintenance of deployed functions.
-Answering and researching system questions
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
2 years working in a professional environment
1 year practical experience working with SDLC
U.S. Citizenship required
Practical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Practical experience with Federal Government systems implementations
Experience performing fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, test planning and test execution
Experience with automated software testing tools
Becoming a Federal HR SME
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
