We are currently seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst in Frederick, MD to join our team. In this role, you will be a change agent by providing financial expertise in support of a group of highly specialized subject matter experts whose mission is to bring to licensure, vaccines to protect our warfighters.
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans and forecasts for Senior Management review
Gathers and prepares / presents data to support audits by outside Government agencies (e.g. Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Capability to perform work on highly complex projects with minimal supervision
Capability to monitor and coordinate activities on multiple tasks and projects
Capability to work independently and under extreme time pressure
To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or six + years of equivalent experience required.
Preferred 5 years experience in monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
Experience in dealing with subcontractor and vendor solicitations and processing of subsequent invoices for payment.
Experience in processing of employee travel expense reports
