CSRA is seeking a Summer Intern to support our Talent Management team to work on numerous initiatives across the enterprise. As a CSRA Talent Management Intern, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in a corporate environment and support our Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development organizations. Are you passionate about learning and excited to grow your skills?
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
-Participate in HR and Talent Acquisition team meetings, workshops/presentations, networking & professional development events
-Work alongside our University Relations team to assist in the planning and execution of our highly ranked Internship Program
-Assist our UR and Events team with email marketing in support of our Talent Acquisition events
Assist with our Employee Referral campaigns
-Shadow recruiters and learn what it takes to be a recruiter for a top notch company
-Work alongside our Learning and Development team to assist in a special project to expand our internal employee development initiatives.
-Support teams and projects related to Talent Acquisition team
-Enrolled in an accredited degree program in a Human Resources, Business Management, or Communications related discipline
-Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Previous work or internship in a related area
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and comfortable with a variety of technologies, systems, and processes
Must be flexible, proactive, organized, manage work flow and have prompt follow-up.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication with attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask, shift priorities, bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision and meet varying deadlines
Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or in a team
